What's covered?
All parts supplied and fitted by us at Gentlemec Motor Services are covered by a 'One Year' or '12000 Mile' Guarantee, whichever comes first.

This means that if any part supplied and fitted by us becomes faulty within the specified period, we will replace it.

We won't cover:

• Bulbs, seals, gaskets or wiper blades
• Parts that have failed as a result of misuse or wear and tear
• Any labour charges where a supplied part is found not to be faulty
• The cost of parts not supplied by ourselves
• The cost of labour where a part has not been supplied by ourselves
• The cost when a "second-hand" or "used" part has been fitted**
• The cost of labour where a "second-hand" or "used" part has been fitted**
• Parts identified to be faulty by another garage or mechanic - you must come back to us

** We will only fit "second-hand" or "used" parts if a customer requests us to and it is safe to do so.
